    The Beginning

    RivalN began at KFUPM in late 2018 and early 2019 through a shared interest in gaming, organized competitions, and building a better experience for players.

    From Competitions to Product

    Early competitions, esports participation, and awards helped support the first MVP and validate the opportunity.

    Building the Platform

    Following early investment and product development, RivalN evolved into a dedicated competitive gaming application.

    A New RivalN

    A major app relaunch in July 2024 introduced the foundation of the current platform and supported the growth of the wider RivalN team and operating model.
